Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Orders arrive on your doorstep in insulated linings with ice packs to keep food fresh, so you don't need to be home! Our drivers simply knock, leave your order outside your door and drive away. Our drivers do not accept tips to provide ultimate convenience.

Do I have to place an order to pick up a pie in store?

Nope, walk-in’s are always welcome! While we recommend placing an order online to ensure the item you want is still in stock, you can simply walk into our shop and walk out with any of our in stock products.

Will I be notified when my order is on it’s way/delivered?

Yes! You will get an email when your order is confirmed, an email when it is on it’s way, and an email once it has been delivered to you.

How long will my order last in the fridge/freezer?

If you thaw a product in your refrigerator it should be baked within 2-3 days. For faster thawing in the fridge, make sure to take your menu item out of its box. Products in the freezer should be baked within 3-4 months for the best flavor and freshness!  

Can I choose a specific day for delivery?

At this time we do not have the ability for you to choose a delivery day. We provide FREE DELIVERY to all of our local delivery customers. Please reference the information below to see when you can get your order!

We can't wait to get to you! We are working very quickly on building more locations to get to all of our amazing customers and serve them in the absolute best way we can!

Not sure what to try? Our most popular dinners are The Original Pot Pie, The BBQ Mac Pot Pie, The Poppyseed Chicken Pan Dinner, The White Chicken Enchiladas and The 3-Cheese Mac Kit! For dessert our Mini Cookies are always a hit and our Raspberry Cheesecake Babies are a customer favorite.
